As we menitoned in the META Matters post, while Google and a number of other search engines don’t give META tags nearly as much weight as before, some still use them. Yahoo and the whole Inktomi family for example. So if you aren’t too technically savvy, or just happen to forget the syntax, here’s a tool to generate all types of META data for your site.
Most search enigines don’t support each and every one of these tags, but it won’t hurt to put them on your page. Of course, all tags are optional. Hold your mouse over the question mark near each tag for more information about it.
