CLIENTS - SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS... NOTE: If you are a NEW CLIENT, please follow these steps: Step 1: Click on Register button (opens in a new window) to register. Step 2: Check your email and click on the confirmation link. Step 3: Login to your HelpDesk account. Step 4: Create a new ticket and choose "CLIENTS" as the department. In Step 4 above, you don't need to post any questions. This is just a platform for both of us to keep track of the project. All updates about your project will be posted to your ticket and it will be kept OPEN for reference.
