Google Launches Mobile Friendly Ranking Algorithm For Android

While everyone is talking about the upcoming mobile friendly ranking factors for April 21st, what is already live as of today as ranking factor in Google mobile search is App Ranking.

However, the following was overlooked for a good reason:

– It was grouped with the mobile-friendly web site announcement.
– This only works for Android users whom installed the app and are signed in when searching.
– It only works with Android apps that have a web site counterpart and can use App Indexing
